Why the promised spins are not showing and where they usually hide.
Opened the wrong game
Spins land on one named slot only, so an open lobby or a different game shows nothing. Open the slot the offer names and the balance appears there.
Before the window shuts
Each offer carries its own activation window, counted from the deposit or code; once it closes the spins are removed. Compare the dates in the bonus tab with the days listed.
Did your payment miss the tier?
Tiered offers pay out at set amounts, so a smaller payment sits below the threshold. A top-up to the qualifying amount triggers the full set of spins.
Tenbet Casino bonus section
A code often needs one tap in the bonus area before any spin is credited. Find the offer there, press to activate it, then open the named slot.

High volatility and 96.7% RTP meet 75 spins at £0.10 each Tuesday, so expect quiet reels before a surge. 75 free spins · Weekday Spins · Tuesday; RTP 96.7%
Tenbet Casino keeps the path from a spin to a payout plain and countable.
Tenbet Casino limit of one
One offer of spins without deposit is open to a person, a home and a device, and the code TENBTRY15 carries 15 spins. A second claim from the same household is refused.
Plan for the wagering first
Anything you win stays as bonus credit in the account until the playthrough is finished. Withdrawable cash only exists after that threshold is met.
Watch the final day
The playthrough clock runs on a calendar of its own: welcome spins give 43 days, while the deposit offer behind code TENBROUND100 allows 5. Diarise the deadline before you start.
The factor in your offer
Most spin offers ask for 25x the bonus before a withdrawal, while code TENBROUND100 asks nothing at all. Confirm the factor printed beside your own offer.
While You Settle In
Small Actions, Extra Spins
Once your account is open, these are the side moments that hand back spins.
When You Top Up Larger
Pay in £50 with the code TENBROUND100 and 100 spins on Book of Cats sit at 0.10 each, with Skrill and Neteller left out.

Worked Figures
Compare the Average Return per Offer
While the table looks precise, each row is built as spins times face value, the slot's return applied, then wagering on that win, all of it an estimate.
This is the whole route from a fresh login to money you can take out.
Register With One Account
Tenbet Casino asks for one account per player, opened with an email address and a password you keep safe. Duplicate accounts get closed, so register once and stay with it.
Before the Code, After the Code
Head to the bonus section of your account and enter the code of the offer while its activation days still run. A code typed after that window opens nothing, however many spins it promised.
Above the Floor, Not Below
A deposit offer starts at its own minimum, which is £6 on some and £50 on others. Skrill and Neteller payments do not unlock spins, so pick another method before you pay in.
Tenbet Casino Names the Slot
Open exactly the slot the offer names, since spins stay fixed to it and to their set value. Any other game will not show the spin balance at all.

Five quick answers
What Your Spins Really Ask of You
Useful at the moment you have claimed and the terms feel less clear than the offer.
accountHow often can I take a set of spins at Tenbet Casino?+
Each set arrives on its own schedule. The wheel turns once a day, weekly rounds land on Tuesday and Thursday, and Friday tiers open with your deposit. A birthday set comes once a year.
accountWhen can I take out what my spins won?+
First the bonus is turned over as many times as the offer states, and each round counts from its own winnings. Once that is met, withdrawals go back to your method and the casino aims for about thirty minutes.
accountDo I need a certain device to play the spins?+
No, any modern handset browser carries them. An app install adds its own set on Release The Kraken, though every slot named in an offer opens in the mobile browser too.
accountDo I need to know who licenses this site?+
It helps, since a licence is what stands behind a payout. Tenbet Casino Ltd holds 75630-1476-R-602418 from the UK Gambling Commission, and its results are audited by GLI, iTech Labs and BMM Testlabs.
accountWhat if the slot named in my offer is closed?+
Spins stay tied to the slot written on the offer, and no other game will accept them. Keep the rounded value in mind instead, since a swap is never offered. Support can confirm the slot before you claim.

How Do You Stop When the Spins Run Out?
Nothing in a spin offer asks you to play on or to pay in more. Limits sit in your own settings and can be set before you claim anything. Support answers at any hour, and GamCare, BeGambleAware and GAMSTOP stand ready outside the site as well.
Self-exclusion. Closes your account for a period you choose, which removes every offer from reach until it ends.
Deposit limits. Caps how much can reach your balance over a set period, so topping up stops at a figure you picked.
Session time reminders. Interrupts play with a reminder once your chosen minutes pass, letting you decide whether to stay.
